Another great job by Hope and her installers. We have used Flooring By Design for many years for our rentals and I’ve referred her to my real estate clients, friends and family. Her pricing is competitive with big box stores and you get personal service.

Great prices with better quality product choices than what you would buy at the big box stores. Hope was a pleasure to work with. She also had names of installers with a good price from them also. They are a very trustworthy store. I had 3 boxes of flooring that were damaged and not by much just a few boards of laminate that I could have used for cut pieces. I took photos and showed them to Hope and she was able to get the manufacturer to send me 3 new boxes delivered in less than a week. They are a very honest company to deal with and one in which I will work with in the future for my future flooring needs.

Hope and Adan are honestly the best people to work with. They are honest, reliable and did an excellent job at a great price. We redid the floors in our basement and the stairs. Hope gave me great advice on flooring and work options to stay within my budget and Adan finished the work so fast with very high quality. He did exactly what he said he would, he showed up on time every day. It was the best experience. Highly recommend!

Had a super experience working with Hope. Replaced the carpet in my home office and wood laminate (not real wood) flooring in my wife's craft room. I highly recommend Flooring by Designs for your flooring project. I had 4 different estimates and felt that Hope, the owner, was extremely honest and took her time to explain the various floor types and what would be best for my needs. She had many options to choose from and her pricing was competitive. The installer did a fantastic job with prepping the floor and was meticulous with the installation. I couldn't be happier!

She helped me save a lot of money and also, pick out the perfect flooring for my home renovation project. Hope was extremely helpful and patient in helping me pick the right carpet color for my property before i listted it for sale. She went above and beyond my expectations and she’s very friendly and extremely helpful with all of my needs ! She is also very knowledgeable about her products and has an outstanding customer service skills. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family, and will definitely use her services again for my next house project. She also helped me with a payment plan which others would not have done so. Overall, I really enjoyed working with her! She is awesome!

Wow, what a great shopping experience! The shop is small but Hope has an unbelievably large selection with many unusual designs I hadn't seen in the big stores. She helped me pick out the flooring that worked best with my new cabinets and countertop, knows her products inside and out, and she told me to come back when we were closer to the remodel. The price was terrific, the order arrived quickly and she clearly communicated where to pick it up. Couldn't have been a better experience.
